Detailed description (English): Altran Italy will launch a communication campaign addressed to its 2800 employees, working in 15 Italian cities, in order to:
- Make them aware about the European Mobility Week and the numerous initiatives launched at local level
- Promote car pooling among employees to go to the workplace during the European Mobility Week 2017
- Promote a behavioural shift towards a more sustainable urban mobility culture
- Encourage employees to share their success stories of sustainable mobility through pictures to be published on the social media profiles of Altran (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
The employees who will take part in the initiative (voluntarily) will be followed day by day by the company and will received a form to be filled in, in order to evaluate the concrete impact of their behavior.
The best practices will be awarded by the company with a prepaid card to buy fuel (as a symbolic refund for drivers) or any consumer goods.
This topic will be also highlighted trough the monthly internal corporate newsletter.
Target group(s): Employees of Altran Italy s.p.a (about 2800)
Objectives: - Promoting a behavioural shift towards a more sustainable urban mobility culture among the employees.
- Making employees experience advantages of the car pooling.
Expected Outcomes: - We expect 10% of employees will take part in the initiative.
- We expect a number of “likes” and “sharing” of posts published on the social media profiles of the company about this topic.
- We expect that, even after the European Mobility Week, the employees will keep on doing the car pooling to join the workplace because they will get awareness about the advantages of this behavior, even without receiving any “award” by the company.
