The participant is committed to:

Organising a week of activities, taking into account the focal theme.
Actions relative to the theme:
Encerramento ao tráfego motorizado na zona central da cidade de Oliveira do Bairro.

Na zona com interdição de trânsito irão decorrer iniciativas com a participação da população, escolas, associações e parcerias com outras entidades privadas.

As acções a desenvolver durante a SEM serão as seguintes:
1. Sessões de cinema e exposição de livros alusivos à SEM/DESC;
2. Exposição interactiva de veículos movidos a energias alternativas;
3. Circulação livre de patins, skate, bicicleta, trotinete, etc. na zona encerrdada ao transito;
4. Atividades desportivas variadas (aulas de ginásio, basquete, futebol, etc.);
5. Gabinete de avaliação física (medição da tensão arterial, massa corporal, peso, etc);
6. Passeio ciclo turistico a percorrer todas as freguesias do concelho;
7. Inauguração do centro municipal de marcha e corrida em Oliveira do Bairro;
Carrying out a Car-Free Day event by closing one or more streets to traffic, and opening it to pedestrians, cyclists and public transport. This should preferably happen on 22 September to mark your town or city as part of World Car-Free Day.
