Cáceres carries out a Car-Free Day 2014 and closes off one or more streets to traffic, and opens it to pedestrians, cyclists and public transport.

Zone opened to residents on Car-Free Day:
Se suprimira al tráfico rodado, la calzada de la avenida de España (calzada de los impares) y San Antón, con lo que se destinará el eje principal de la ciudad a zona peatonal y de uso exclusivo para el servicio público.
