Neapolis-Sikies organises activities during EUROPEANMOBILITYWEEK 2019, taking into account the annual theme.

16 September
10:00-13:00 Walk through the Municipality of Neapolis-Sikies
17:00-19:00 Walk and Connect. The Municipality of Neapoli-Sikies is consisted of 4 communities (Neapoli, Sikies, Pefka, Agios Pavlos). We would like to walk and discover new paths and routes which connect all the 4 communities on foot. We will be accompanied by experienced mechanics and architectures who will support us on mapping the route.

10:00-14:00 Walking and cleaning the forest of Seix-Sou with students
15:00-18:00 Open workshop on road safety
18 September
10:00-12:00 Walking through the Delasal forest with kids
17:00-21:00 Historical walking, visiting the ancient walls and the museums of the municipality
19 September
10:00-14:00 Walk and meet the monuments of the municipality. For students and kids.
20 September
10:00-13:00 The water path. Walking along the past river path of the municipality. For schools and kids
21 September
10:00-14:00 Car free day event in the municipality. Games and workshops with the support of the scouts
17:-00-21:00 Theatrical historical visit in one of the most popular monuments in the municipality the "Genti Koule". A group of volunteers and actors will play an act in the monument where the audience has to walk around and live the experience on foot.
22 September
10:00-14:00 Games with the scouts in the woods. Walk in the forest and create ecological nests from recycling materials

Neapolis-Sikies carries out a Car-Free Day 2019 and closes off one or more streets to traffic, and opens it to pedestrians, cyclists and public transport.
