Car-free day Car-free day

Białystok (Bialystok) carries out a Car-Free Day 2017 and closes off one or more streets to traffic, and opens it to pedestrians, cyclists and public transport.

Zone opened to residents on Car-Free Day:
-permanently closed Kosciuszko Square
- temporary closing streets due to sport activities
- Free Day in Bialystok's public transport for all the people
- in public bike system BiKeR - free riding will last up to 60 minutes (normally 20 minutes or 30 minutes for passengers of BKM possesing bus period ticket on electronic smart-card)
