On Friday, local organizers surprised all the cyclists arriving to the town hall with a healthy breakfast. The roads around Mírové square, where the central playground is located, were closed from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The representatives of the town authority ceremonially handed over the new amenities to children and young people. Children from kindergarten painted on the road.
In the park by the ice stadium, the disciplines for locomotive activities were prepared by the Family Centre. The organizers installed Mobidik here as well – a mobile instructional information and consultancy centre for crime prevention. Cyclists had the opportunity to register their bike for free. Early in the evening, the well proven Mobility on Ice took place.
Throughout the week, the presentation of regional and national cycle paths was presented in Horní Valy and the library participated in the event with “By car or rather by bike?“ – or how to plan a trip. These were the panel discussions for the first level of elementary schools.
