Ρέθυμνο (Rethymno) organises activities during EUROPEANMOBILITYWEEK 2007, taking into account the annual theme.

Several events will take place and the whole old city of Rethymno will be reserved only for pedestrians and bicycles for two days.

Car-free day Car-free day

Ρέθυμνο (Rethymno) carries out a Car-Free Day 2007 and closes off one or more streets to traffic, and opens it to pedestrians, cyclists and public transport.

Zone opened to residents on Car-Free Day:
The whole old city of Rethymno will be restricted to the private car on 19th of September from 11.00 to 23.00 and on 22nd of September the same hours.
