Lubań (Luban) organises activities during EUROPEANMOBILITYWEEK 2007, taking into account the annual theme.

Położony został nacisk na respektowanie przez posiadaczy pojazdów stref wyłączonych z ruchu.
Straż Miejska dokonuje kontroli tych miejsc, a szczególnie nasila je w dni targowe.
Skierowano pismo do Komendy Powiatowej Policji w sprawie zwiększenia nadzoru w strefach wyłączonych z ruchu i na przejściach dla pieszych.
Telewizja Lubań-Bolesławiec przygotuje specjalny program poświęcony tegorocznemu tematowi w Magazynie motoryzacyjnym "Brrrum".
Poprawiono bezpieczeństwo ruchu przez zmianę organizacji ruchu ulicą Szkolną, Plac Lompy, Szymanowskiego.
Usprawniono sygnalizację świetlną w centrum miasta od ulicy Bankowej do Dworcowej oraz zainstalowano sygnalizację dźwiękową.
Usprawniono sygnalizację świetlną na drodze nr 30.
Podniesiono bezpieczeństwo pieszych na drodze nr 30.

Lubań (Luban) carries out a Car-Free Day 2007 and closes off one or more streets to traffic, and opens it to pedestrians, cyclists and public transport.

Zone opened to residents on Car-Free Day:
W chwili obecnej nie ma możliwości całkowitego wyłączenia z ruchu samochodowego historycznego centrum miasta. Niemniej wyłączono trwale z ruchu całą ulicę Bracką, południową i zachodnią pierzeję Rynku i Sukiennic oraz częściowo pierzeję północną i wschodnią.
