- promovarea temei “ Aer curat pentru toti” in mas-smedia;
- constientizarea cetatenilor, cu precadere a conducatorilor auto cu privire la necesitatea imbunatatirii calitatii aerului si importanta reducerii poluarii prin orice mijloace

Moinesti carries out a Car-Free Day 2008 and closes off one or more streets to traffic, and opens it to pedestrians, cyclists and public transport.

Zone opened to residents on Car-Free Day:
- se va restrictiona, in intervalul orar 9 -17, accesul motorizat intre intersectia strazii T. Vladimirescu cu strada Zorilor – Biserica Catolica si intersectia cu strada Costache Negri – zona Bazar, arie aglomerata, situata in centrul municipiului Moinesti
