Carrying out a Car-Free Day event by closing one or more streets to traffic, and opening it to pedestrians, cyclists and public transport. This should preferably happen on 22 September to mark your town or city as part of World Car-Free Day.

Permanent measures implemented this year:
New or improved bicycle facilities
- Improvement of bicycle network (creation of new lanes, extension, renovation, signposting etc)
Pedestrianisation
- Create or enlarge pedestrian streets
Public transport services
- Other: Use of the hybrid municipal vehicle
Traffic calming and access control scheme
- Create park and ride stations
- New traffic regulations: traffic circulation and parking
- Other: Creation of "Low Emission Areas"
Accessibilities
- Create the tactile pavements
- Lowering of pavements
- Elaboration of sound devices in traffic lights
New forms of vehicle use and ownership
- Use of clean vehicles
- Other: Hybrid municipal vehicle and use of the bicylces for municipal staff
Mobility management
- Launch of awareness-raising campaigns
- Development of travel plans / mobility plans in consultation with local stakeholders
- Organisation of regular fora or surveys on public opinions and ideas
