The participant is committed to:

Carrying out a Car-Free Day event by closing one or more streets to traffic, and opening it to pedestrians, cyclists and public transport. This should preferably happen on 22 September to mark your town or city as part of World Car-Free Day.
Zone opened to residents on Car-Free Day:
12km of roads in central London closed to motor traffic and open for cycling:

2. Northumberland Avenue
3. Victoria Embankment
4. Blackfriars Underpass
5. Upper Thames Street
6. Lower Thames Street
7. Byward Street
8. Tower Hill Terrace
9. Spur Road
10. Birdcage Walk
11. Buckingham Gate
