Vsetín carries out a Car-Free Day 2009 and closes off one or more streets to traffic, and opens it to pedestrians, cyclists and public transport.

Smetanova ulice
Jedná se o ulici v centru města, která bude v průběhu ETM 2009 uzavřena ve dvou dnech. V sobotu 19. září pro IN-LINE ODPOLEDNE. V úterý 22. září od 9 do 16 hodin na téže ulici proběhne program k Evropskému dni bez aut.
