Varaždin organises activities during EUROPEANMOBILITYWEEK 2009, taking into account the annual theme.

Organizirati će se dan bez automobila u užem centru za prometnice koje su u gradskoj ingerenciji 22.09.2009. godine u trajanju od 06-16 sati i taj dan će biti besplatno korištenje javnog prijevoza za cijelo područje grada.

Will be organized a day without cars in center of the city on roads that are owned by the city on 22.09.2009. for a period of 06-16 hours. That day will be free to use public transport.

Varaždin carries out a Car-Free Day 2009 and closes off one or more streets to traffic, and opens it to pedestrians, cyclists and public transport.

Zone opened to residents on Car-Free Day:
Područje koje će biti zatvoreno za automobile omeđeno je ulicama Preradovičevom, Trg bana Jelačića, Nazorovom, Vrazovom, Cesarčeva
Sve unutar tog prostora biti će obuhvaćeno akcijom.

Zone restrcted to the private car is bounded by Preradović street, Ban Jelačić square, Nazor street, Vraz street and Cesarec street.
