We will be using our website and local media to promote greener attitudes to transport. This will include tips on greener driving, car sahring, walking or cycling to school and using alternative car parks to avoid congestion. Council staff will be encouraged to walk, cycle or use public transport to work. We will work with local community groups and local businesses to raise awareness of the levels of CO2 we contribute through short journeys and excessive use of vehicles.
