Car-free day Car-free day

London Borough of Bromley carries out a Car-Free Day 2009 and closes off one or more streets to traffic, and opens it to pedestrians, cyclists and public transport.

Zone opened to residents on Car-Free Day:
We are closing the section of Lovibonds Avenue outside Darrick Wood Infant and Junior Schools. It is a residential road that sufers from high levels of congestion at the start and end of the school day
