Samedi 18 septembre "Tous à vélo sur l'Agglo", des itinéraires à vélo depuis les différentes communes pour une arrivée devant le Palais des Congrès de Perpignan - ainsi qu'un parcours roller, un itinéraire pour les personnes à mobilité réduite et un circuit vélo à Perpignan. Animations et stand information à l'arrivée.
