Kristiansand organises activities during EUROPEANMOBILITYWEEK 2010, taking into account the annual theme.

All week
a cycle-themed day, a car-free day with discount on bus travel and activities having to do with the theme 'travel smarter, live better', launching of a new walk/bike to school campaign, collecting of school statistics on walking/biking/using helmets to school, and two days of free 'eco-driving' courses for allo municipal employees and taxi drivers.
