-mesurer et chronométrer pour les piétons et les cyclistes, les parcours reliant les installations culturelles, sportives, administratives, les lieux de commerce et les mairies des villages avoisinants à partir de la Gare et de l'Hôtel de ville.
Pour ensuite, créer un maillage de panneaux indicatifs en relation avec l'adhésion de la ville au PNNS
