Banja Luka carries out a Car-Free Day 2011 and closes off one or more streets to traffic, and opens it to pedestrians, cyclists and public transport.

Zone opened to residents on Car-Free Day:
On 22nd September from 11 AM until 1 PM, the main street in the city for whole motorized vehicles except public transport will be closed.
