Car-free day Car-free day

Tomar carries out a Car-Free Day 2011 and closes off one or more streets to traffic, and opens it to pedestrians, cyclists and public transport.

Zone opened to residents on Car-Free Day:
Para aderir ao DESC foi seleccionada uma zona central da cidade percorrida por diversas lojas de comércio. Trata-se de uma rua relativamente larga, atravessada por tráfego de intensidade média, nos dois sentidos.
