Vaxholm carries out a Car-Free Day 2013 and closes off one or more streets to traffic, and opens it to pedestrians, cyclists and public transport.
Zone opened to residents on Car-Free Day:
Shutdown of the central street for one day in collaboration with the local stores and restaurants.
Offer the public to test eco-driving on a simulator and informing them what eco-driving meas an leads to.
