Actions relative to the theme:
L’Amministrazione comunale di Sperlonga, in questi anni, ha messo in campo importanti azioni e progetti, interventi, anche innovativi, volti a disegnare da un lato un ambiente sostenibile, che promuove e incentiva il risparmio delle risorse e il contenimento dell’inquinamento dall'altro una città a misura d’uomo in modo da affermare una cultura ambientale coerente con i principi di sostenibilità, con lo sviluppo e il riequilibrio dell’ecosistema cittadino. In particolare sono stati realizzati diversi interventi per valorizzare l’accessibilità e fruibilità degli spazi pubblici nonché incrementare piste ciclabili e aree pedonali.

Zone opened to residents on Car-Free Day:
Si è proceduto alla riorganizzazione generale della viabilità cittadina in particolare per l’area portuale e per il lungomare. Sono stati realizzati diversi provvedimenti migliorativi con la finalità della completa pedonalizzazione e fruizione dell’area portuale con l’istituzione della ZTL mediante azionamento di dissuasore mobile a scomparsa accessibile, alla quale si può accedere solo attraverso consenso telefonico per autorizzati al fine di avere un monitoraggio continuo degli ingressi ed uscite nella suddetta area (ordinanza n. 54/2013) mentre sul lungomare è stata istituita area pedonale in Piazza Fontana (ordinanza n. 38/2013)
