Tulcea organises activities during EUROPEANMOBILITYWEEK 2013, taking into account the annual theme.

- official statement to the press with the program of activities taking place during the mobility week
- spreading informative materials (flyers, questionnaire) related to theme "Clean Air - it's your move"
- Look. Think. Change - Project of NGO Celisea and School 12 - new attitude about environment
- drawing on asphalt - with ecological theme - children from kindergartens
- 19 September - roller skate and bike move on the Ciuperca Lake lane for all age groups in collaboration with Tulcea Youth and Sport Direction
- 22 September - "In Town Without My Car!" - closure of Gloriei street

Tulcea carries out a Car-Free Day 2013 and closes off one or more streets to traffic, and opens it to pedestrians, cyclists and public transport.

Zone opened to residents on Car-Free Day:
Gloriei Street is one of the main street in Tulcea town. It connects the downtown to the important touristic site and a district.
