Latina organises activities during EUROPEANMOBILITYWEEK 2014, taking into account the annual theme.

In September 2014, the city of Latina has launched a restricted traffic zone in the center of the city, the European Week of Sustainable Mobility is the right opportunity to present the benefits of this initiative to the citizens, with conferences, meetings and activities organized directly in the restricted traffic zone.

Car-free day Car-free day

Latina carries out a Car-Free Day 2014 and closes off one or more streets to traffic, and opens it to pedestrians, cyclists and public transport.

Zone opened to residents on Car-Free Day:
The zone restricted to the private car is coincident with the center of the city. The traffic is restricted between 9-13 in the morning and 15-24 in the afternoon.
