Car-free day
Poreč carries out a Car-Free Day 2015 and closes off one or more streets to traffic, and opens it to pedestrians, cyclists and public transport.
Zone opened to residents on Car-Free Day:
The zone restricted to the private car is in city's down-town waterside area which during the tourist season becomes over-congested with cars, cyclist and pedestrians.
The Nikola Tesla street and Zagrebačka street will be closed from 8 am to 6 pm providing space for organised and spontaneous interventions.
