21:00 Inauguration of the LED light under and on the central tunnel and formal start to the European mobility week in Kopavogur

9:00 - 13:00 Cycletrain - All 8.grades of all 9 schools cycle a train circle. One school starts and at each school the 8. grade joins the train until all schools have joined the train and then all schools are returned to their school again until the cycle train has come to an end where is begun.

Green walkways - Safe routes for children to walk to school - Surface of crossings of children are marked green and with special signs. The routes have added lighting and are presented at all entrances at all schools and distributed by pamphlet to all parents.

Kópavogur carries out a Car-Free Day 2015 and closes off one or more streets to traffic, and opens it to pedestrians, cyclists and public transport.
