Car-free day Car-free day

Bologna carries out a Car-Free Day 2015 and closes off one or more streets to traffic, and opens it to pedestrians, cyclists and public transport.

Zone opened to residents on Car-Free Day:
During the week end the T-area is open only to pedestrians and bicycles.
An exhibition to promote alternative mobility will be organized in Piazza Maggiore, with a corner dedicated to electric mobility, accompanied by numerous events and road shows with the involvement of citizens and the participation of local governament
