Car-free day Car-free day

Kharkiv carries out a Car-Free Day 2015 and closes off one or more streets to traffic, and opens it to pedestrians, cyclists and public transport.

Zone opened to residents on Car-Free Day:
Encouraging people to reduce car use by PR-actions of famous people (politicians, artists and sportsmen) to go to work on September 22 on foot, by bicycle or by public transport.
