Several events will be held across Long Island to celebrate Car Free Day Long:

1. "Rate the Ride" - A cross Long Island bus trip highlighting places reachable by our two public bus systems in Nassau and Suffolk counties.

2. Car Free Day LI Summit - Suffolk County will host their annual Summit. Topics this year include sustainable mobility options including BRT and bike sharing programs.

3. Car Free Day LI Celebration - This event at the Wyandanch Village transit oriented development will educate and encourage the public to choose more sustainable transportation options.
