Valladolid organises activities during EUROPEANMOBILITYWEEK 2016, taking into account the annual theme.

Actividades de concienciación sobre el uso de modos de transporte sostenibles, fundamentalmente el desplazamiento a pie, en bicicleta y el transporte colectivo, así como la utilización de combustibles menos contaminantes talleres sobre calidad del aire.
Marchas ciclistas con distintos colectivos con talleres sobre circulación y aprendizaje a andar en bicicleta por la ciudad.
Visitas a centros de control de Movilidad con puntos críticos en seguridad vial, parques infantiles de tráfico, jornadas de puertas abiertas en la empresa de transporte colectivo; visitas al parque de bomberos y policía municipal. Jornadas sobre caminos escolares seguros a pie y en bicicleta. Rutas guiadas por entornos naturales. Talleres y exhibiciones en patines. Jornadas de puertas abiertas para adultos en materia de conducción y seguridad vial. Parking Day. Desarrollo conjunto de estas actividades entre el Ayuntamiento y los colectivos sociales como potenciación de la participación y forma de conseguir la fortaleza económica de la sociedad reduciendo los costes sociales de la contaminación y los accidentes de tráfico en pro de una mejora calidad de vida.

Car-free day Car-free day

Valladolid carries out a Car-Free Day 2016 and closes off one or more streets to traffic, and opens it to pedestrians, cyclists and public transport.
