Sandnes organises activities during EUROPEANMOBILITYWEEK 2016, taking into account the annual theme.

All week
Park(ing) day on september the 16th. 5-10 Public parking Spaces will be transformed to temporary mini-parks. Free lunch will be handed out together with an information brocheure, and People are encouraged to use the temporary parks.

The 19th or 20th of september quotes and symbols will be painted on popular boardwalks to encourage People to use their feets instead of driving cars. It will be unexpected and give citizens something to explore during their walk.
