Bike Tour "Bicycling to the geological past of Mendoza"

In the "International Mobility Week" framework, the Secretariat of Environment and Territorial Planning through UNICIPIO and in coordination with the Association of Urban Cyclists (ACUM) and Pro Bike, invites you to participate in the Bike Tour "Bicycling to the geological past of Mendoza".

On Sunday, September 17, we will take a guided tour of 6.5 km from the Gateways of the General San Martín Park to Divisadero Largo Natural Park, where we will offer information about the Protected Natural Area to the visitors inviting them to walk the trails.

Meeting point: Marly's Caballitos Roundabout

Travel: 6,5 Km. (Total round trip 13 Km.)

Bikeway Forestation "Shadow for the Bikeway"

The 22nd of September we will plant trees in several Bikeway´s sections in Mendoza. The aim is to allow the cyclists to enjoy spaces with shade. Areas where they can stop during their journeys and enjoy the benefits of public trees. We invite you to bike with us and plant the trees.

Bicitour “En bicicleta al pasado geológico de Mendoza”

En el marco de la “Semana Internacional de la Movilidad Sustentable”, la Secretaría de Ambiente y Ordenamiento Territorial a través de UNICIPIO, en cordinación con la Asociación de Ciclistas Urbanos y Pro Bici, te invita a participar del Bicitour “En bicicleta al pasado geológico de Mendoza”.

El día domingo 17 de septiembre haremos un recorrido guiado de 6,5 Km desde los Portones del Parque Gral. San Martín hasta la Reserva Divisadero Largo, donde ofreceremos a los visitantes información sobre el Área Natural Protegida invitándolos a recorrer los senderos de la misma.

Punto de encuentro: Rotonda de los Caballitos de Marly

Recorrido: 6,5 Km. (Total ida y vuelta 13 Km.)

Se requiere experiencia en pendientes (resistencia y conducción)

Forestación de Ciclovías “Sombra para la Ciclovía”

El día 22 de setiembre se conmemora dentro de la semana de la movilidad, el Día Mundial sin autos, por lo cual realizaremos la forestación de un tramo de Ciclovía con árboles que permitan a los ciclistas disfrutar de espacios con sombra para poder hacer paradas y recibir en las épocas estivales los beneficios del arbolado público. Te invitamos a hacer un recorrido en bicicleta y plantar los árboles.
