Seoul organises activities during EUROPEANMOBILITYWEEK 2017, taking into account the annual theme.

Aug. 24: Announcement of 2017 Car-Free Day in Seoul
Sept. 19: Close public parking lots and provide free public transportation during commuting hours to encourage citizens to use public tranposrtation
Sept. 20~21: Organize a campaign to discourage use of private vehicles
Sept. 22: Shut down city owned parking lots; Day 1 of Seoul Bike Festival
Sept. 23: Day 2 of Seoul Bike Festival
Sept. 24: Seoul Car Free Day

Car-free day

Seoul carries out a Car-Free Day 2017 and closes off one or more streets to traffic, and opens it to pedestrians, cyclists and public transport.
