2. Осуществление акции в части отказа от использования личного автомобильного транспорта и перемещения по городу Владимиру на общественном транспорте, велосипедах, роликах, самокатах, пешком.
3. Размещение в общественных местах города Владимира афиш с призывом к жителям города Владимира принять активное участие в акции "Неделя Мобильности".
4. Организация мероприятий, направленных на популяризацию использования общественного транспорта, велосипедов, роликов, самокатов, перемещения пешком по городу Владимиру.
5. Информирование в СМИ о целях и задачах акции "Неделя Мобильности".
