Participants were offered cycling vests, promotional materials, backpacks, caps and T-shirts with the European Mobility Week logo printed on them. Three participants were chosen by ballot to receive bicycles offered by the sponsors.

Mix and Move! - This day was dedicated to multimodality - walking, cycling and using local public transport means. The public institutions' employees, along with the residents of Bacau Municipality were invited to mix the commuting transport means going to / coming back from work. S.C. Transport Public S.A. (the main local public transport provider) offered free transportation for the entire day.
Round Table of the European Mobility Week - Bacau Business and Exhibition Centre hosted the event which brought at the same table experts in urban parking, experts from the Environmental Protection Agency, local counselors, representatives of the Municipality and of other public institutions in order to discuss about reasons and means to make a smooth transition to non pollutant mobility, to approach the parking policy, noise pollution and multi-modal urban transport from the Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan point of view.
19 September
Mobility Gazebo - a gazebo was set in the centre of the city in order to render more visible the event and to intensify the public awareness campaign and to promote the change in the residents' behavior when choosing the transportation means. The focus was set on the elderly, which were informed about the non pollutant means of transport.
20 September
Let's imagine the vehicles of the future - the event took place in the schoolyards of the partner schools, by involving secondary students. The children gathered in the schoolyard with their bicycles, tricycles, non motorized scooters. They also participated in a contest : "the funniest non motorized transport mean". The most ingenious idea was awarded a prize.

22 September
Car-Free Day - the central boulevard in the Municipality was closed to the motorized traffic. Many activities (semi marathon, races, cross) were carried out in the area with the involvement of partner organisations. During the day, the Environmental Protection Agency made several measurements in order to establish the index of the air quality and noise pollution. In the afternoon, all residents were invited to a promenade in the central area, with musicians and dancers accompanying them.
