Ferrol organises activities during EUROPEANMOBILITYWEEK 2018, taking into account the annual theme.
16 September
First week of September
-Workshop "A vila do mañá" for children from 3 to 12 years old, from 3 to 7 of September, in the mornings.
19 September
-Wednesday 12 and Wednesday 19 September, at 20:00, Presentation of municipal projects to improve public space and accessibility (4 projects in each day)
21 September
-Promotion and support of public transport: Free urban bus all day.
-Program of Road Safety Education Classroom 21 / 22 with Municipal Policemen
-The Library goes out in the middle, Route through Doniños, in the afternoon
22 September
-Competition "A Rúa e Túa" 22 and 23 September. Activities on public space in areas that was closed for motorised traffic during Car-Free Day

Ferrol implements one or more new permanent measure(s), which contribute(s) to modal transfer from private car to environmentally sound means of transport.

Car-free day
Ferrol carries out a Car-Free Day 2018 and closes off one or more streets to traffic, and opens it to pedestrians, cyclists and public transport.
