Car-free day Car-free day

Constanta carries out a Car-Free Day 2019 and closes off one or more streets to traffic, and opens it to pedestrians, cyclists and public transport.

on 22 of September we will close Tomis boulevard the street section between Mamaia boulevard and Traian street
