Bijeljina carries out a Car-Free Day 2019 and closes off one or more streets to traffic, and opens it to pedestrians, cyclists and public transport.

Zone opened to residents on Car-Free Day:
The main street in the city center "Vuka Karadžića" will be closed 24 hours for traffic on 22 September 2019.
