Sombor organises activities during EUROPEANMOBILITYWEEK 2020, taking into account the annual theme.

16 September
Health Day - Red Cross Sombor and Council for Health of the City of Sombor will organize activity to promote communication of citizens with local health council and other similar organizations. It will be held on the public square and will include talks and discussions of healthy life styles and habits.
17 September
Board for public traffic safety will give away light equipment for bicycles in public in order to increase safety of people riding bicycles in the city and rural areas.
18 September
Together with the Sport Union of the City of Sombor public fitness class will be organized taking care of health measures. This activity will be organized in the city and surrounding villages throughout whole week with special class held on 20th September in the city main square. All participants will come either by foot or bicycle and will take part in fitness class, zumba class and similar activities.
19 September
Kayak Club Sombor in cooperation with Red Cross from Sombor will organize Kayak tour on Great Bačka Canal, which will include education in safety measures in water activities and search and rescue demonstration. Expected effect: promotion of healthy life styles and benefits of physical activities in nature.
20 September
Promotion of playground in the city. Playground intended for children with disabilities where they can either exercise or play with their counterparts with no limitation with all safety measures included.
21 September
Sport Union of the City of Sombor will organize public fitness class with employees from local government and public institution promoting all year activities.
