Participation 2021

The participant is committed to:

Organising a week of activities, taking into account the focal theme.
16 September
Commuter event, where politicians give apples to people who use public transportation.
"The bikers regulars table", where citizens are invited to discuss problems and ideas among the sector of bicycle traffic.
17 September
Sagenwanderung (Myth hike), which was organized by the local library.
Gemüselaibchenjagd (Vegetable pattie hunt), where a youthgroup found a creative substitute for the usual scavenger hunt.
18 September
Regio-Radtour (regional bicycle tour): Citizens of Zirl and its two neighbour munincipalities Kematen and Inzing went on a bike tour together.
Rad-Parade (Bike parade): In the course of the bike parade, cyclists rode on the new bike paths which were created last year
Wasserwanderung (Water hike) was organised by the museum association to eduacte citizens on the origin of out water
22 September
Autofreie Kirchstraße (Car-free Kirchstraße): On the "Car-free day" most of the Kirchstraße was closed for cars
Carrying out a Car-Free Day event by closing one or more streets to traffic, and opening it to pedestrians, cyclists and public transport. This should preferably happen on 22 September to mark your town or city as part of World Car-Free Day.
