On Sunday 21 September 2025, Cagliari and its surroundings burst into colour as the city hosted, for the fifth year running, its most vibrant cycling parade.
Raggiosas Bike pRide blends sustainable mobility, pop culture, urban activism, and the joy of collective celebration. It is a relaxed, inclusive ride—starting and finishing at Via del Canneto 65a (c/o Cycle Hub)—that winds its way through Cagliari, Monserrato, Selargius, Quartucciu and Quartu Sant’Elena. Wherever possible, the route follows existing cycle paths, including a long scenic stretch through the stunning Molentargius Park.
What makes Raggiosas unique? Think fancy dress, dazzlingly decorated bikes, music, laughter, solidarity, and a spark of playful irony—all tied to a genuine desire to reshape our cities. It is a parade, not a race: no need for training or special kit. All you need is a bike, your smile, and your personality.
Organised by women, for women, Raggiosas Bike pRide is open to everyone—regardless of gender or age—so long as they can cycle independently or travel safely with others. Best of all, participation is completely free.
