Obtain a healthier and less congested environment, through the application of pedestrian areas. Pedestrian mobility and social distancing are to be the prevalent and predominant points, under which the remaining mobility forms are to adhere but to a lesser degree than the pedestrian. Give priority and protect, as a consequence of the above and in the central area of the harbour; mobility on foot, given the shorter distances to cover while supporting persons with special needs, or who require assistance with a free, permanent electric vehicle service, in the busiest times, which will carry out a circular route within the central harbour area. Promote the decongestion of vehicles around the harbour and the Marina by supporting mobility, in the busiest times, with a free maritime “bus”, which will run between different points of the harbour and Marina, The provisional foreseen stops are ; pier 3 of the harbour, Marlin pier 1, Barbesula RCMS, Contradique/beach side mole, harbour pier 5, Control Tower and return to pier 3. Change the direction of traffic directions to access the harbour, with the aim to redistribute the parking choices to a more organised manner, giving preference in the access management to lease holders and users. Once the occupancy percentage is reached, the barriers will be closed, giving access exclusively to leaseholders and users. Recommend routes and directions to be followed by pedestrians in the porches, with the aim to maintain social distancing. Recommend a new distribution of spaces on the surface for the terraces of commercial shops. Provide throughout the installations, specified litter points to deposit gloves, masks and other such waste, which will be subject to disinfection before removal to a recycle point. Install digital Information points for Covid 19 measures, with QR codes to download the recommendations. Take out a specific direct temporal health cover for those visitors who wish, to cover general medicine and technical assistance, 24 hour emergency cover, access to specialists, tests and diagnosis, video-consultation, at a cost of 1€ a day, with no excess necessary.
