Detailed description (English): Continuing the tradition of previous years, TPBI, together with institutional partners and NGOs, will organize an interactive exhibition in King Michael I Park, dedicated to the theme “Mobility for Everyone”. The event combines education, play, testing alternative transport solutions, and discussions on inclusion in the urban public space.
Activities include informative stands from TPBI, PMB, Ilfov County Council, and the Ministry of Internal Affairs, exhibitions of sustainable and inclusive mobility solutions, and testing of alternative transport options such as bicycles provided by Green Revolution. The park will also serve as the departure point for special lines 700, 701, 702, 703, 704, and 737.
Public transport vehicles and a fire truck will be displayed. Interactive educational activities will be organized by the Romanian Police and Gendarmerie, including demonstrations with trained dogs, mounted gendarmerie demonstrations, and traffic safety games for children. Children’s activities are supported by Creart, including face painting.
A live broadcast from the park will be streamed on large screens at Băneasa International Airport – Aurel Vlaicu and Gheorghe Duca Boulevard. Additional highlights include an air quality measurement lab and a drone demonstration by the Environmental Guard.
