Detailed description (English): Three day event will be held on different venues, promoting various bike style with the main focus of pure bike fun! Promoting playfulness and basic bike joys that riding a bike gives to all the riders. We all had fun as kids riding bikes, time to re-learn it :)!
DAY 1:
Mentored kick scooter & BMX style flat, street and skill riding. Afternoon session in urban environment and/or tarmac pumptrack.
DAY 2:
Local MTB tour from the city center to local hill top and down the local single trails. Afternoon MTB skill park session.
DAY 3:
A longer tour around local trails or a trip to a bike park. Afternoon closing social event with food and music.
Accompanying 3 days event program, we will also try to organize short theoretical classes about biking culture, playfulness and possibilities to improve our quality of living by regularly riding any type of bike :).
Target group(s): Kids, youth and adults.
Objectives: Teach kids basic tricks and show the variety of bike possibilities, show youth how to ride safe, environmentally friendly and how to give back to the community. Reactivate adults to stay playful and get in touch with their kid's side to see the best that bike activity can give to anyone.
Expected Outcomes: Having fun, sharing experiences, socializing, networking and promoting healthy life style and promoting bike as best friend and a great way to spend your free time, besides it's usefulness as a mean of transportation.
Partner: Currently we have no partners, but will try to engage with the local city government!
