Detailed description (English): Eight days a week we’d raise your awareness on sustainable mobility, if we were the Beatles. But because we only have 7 days a week (and we are not the Beatles) we shall use each and every day in a different city or town :
- Monday 16th September : meeting local councillors and parents in AVIGLIANA to talk about school zones
- Tuesday 17th September : meeting GENOA’s councillors, staff and citizens to give examples of tactical urbanism and active mobility projects and supporting students in SAN MAURO TORINESE to help them get their parents on board in the Municipality’s walking bus project
- Wednesday 18th September : meeting associations and families in TURIN to talk about active school mobility and local Councillors, teachers and students in CHIERI to launch a new school plaza
- Thursday 19th September : meeting CARMAGNOLA’s Mayor, teachers, students and families to talk about the CLEAN AIR KILOMETRES project and the walking bus scheme
- Friday 20th September : meeting TURIN’s councillor for the ecological transition in a round table about creating accessible, liveable and beautiful public spaces
- Saturday 21st September : preparing a sustainable mobility treasure hunt for the Sunday !
- Sunday 22nd September : meeting local councillors, associations and citizens in a round table on active mobility in AVIGLIANA.
