The aim is to take advantage of underused vehicle space, promoting the use of bicycles as a relevant and sustainable means of transportation on a route that connects the center with the north of the city. The intervention aims to make visible the possibility of diversification of mobility in the historic center, offering a safe option for cyclists and generating an element for the decongestion of vehicular traffic, as a temporary project that would help evaluate conditions for its permanent implementation.
Detailed description (original language): Ciclovía temporal en el carril derecho de la Calle Allende, donde actualmente está prohibido estacionarse. Se busca aprovechar el espacio vehicular subutilizado, promoviendo el uso de la bicicleta como medio de transporte pertinente y sostenible en un trayecto que conecta el centro con el norte de la ciudad. La intervención tiene como objetivo visibilizar la posibilidad de diversificación de la movilidad en el centro histórico, ofreciendo una opción segura para ciclistas y generando un elemento para la descongestión del tráfico vehicular, como un proyecto temporal que ayudaría a evaluar condiciones para su implementación permanente.
