Detailed description (English): During European Mobility Week, VaV Akademy, in cooperation with Autoškola VaV, is organizing an event titled “Safely and Sustainably with VaV” – A Morning Full of Learning and Movement, which will take place at our traffic playground located next to the building of the Prešov Self-Governing Region. The aim of the event is to raise children’s awareness of road safety and the importance of traffic signs, while also promoting environmental education with a focus on sustainable transport. Through playful and experiential activities, children will develop practical skills and engage in actions that support an active lifestyle.
As part of the program, children will test their skills riding scooters and balance bikes on the traffic playground, where instructors from Autoškola VaV will introduce them to road traffic rules and explain the meaning of traffic signs. The interactive traffic quiz “Sign by Sign” will help children absorb important information in a fun way through games. Educators from VaV Akademy will lead a workshop on ecological transport, teaching children about the importance of walking, public transport, cycling, and the impact of emissions on air quality. In the creative workshop “Signs for a Green City”, children will design their own traffic signs or posters with ecological messages, using their imagination.
The outputs from the activities will be displayed in the premises of Autoškola VaV and VaV Akademy and made accessible to parents and the public.

Detailed description (original language): Počas Európskeho týždňa mobility organizuje Vav Akademy v spolupráci s Autoškolou VaV podujatie pod názvom „Bezpečne a ekologicky s VaV“ – dopoludnie plné vzdelávania a pohybu, ktoré sa uskutoční na našom dopravnom ihrisku umiestnenom pri budove Prešovského samosprávneho kraja. Cieľom podujatia je zlepšiť povedomie detí o dopravnej bezpečnosti a význame dopravného značenia, zároveň podporiť environmentálne vzdelávanie s dôrazom na udržateľnú dopravu. Prostredníctvom hravých a zážitkových aktivít budú deti rozvíjať praktické zručnosti a zapoja sa do aktivít, ktoré podporujú aktívny životný štýl.
V rámci programu si deti vyskúšajú jazdu zručnosti na kolobežkách a odrážadlách na dopravnom ihrisku, kde im inštruktori Autoškoly VaV predstavia pravidlá cestnej premávky a vysvetlia význam dopravných značiek. Interaktívny dopravný kvíz „Značka za značku“ pomôže deťom osvojiť si dôležité informácie zábavnou formou, prostredníctvom hier. Lektori z V a V Akademy pripravia workshop o ekologickej doprave, kde sa deti naučia o význame chôdze, MHD, cyklistiky a vplyve emisií na ovzdušie. V tvorivej dielni „Značky pre zelené mesto“ budú vyrábať vlastné dopravné značky či plagáty s ekologickým posolstvom, pričom využijú vlastnú fantáziu. Výstupy z aktivít budú vystavené v priestoroch Autoškoly VaV, V a V Akademy a sprístupnené rodičom a verejnosti.
Každý účastník získa reflexný prvok a certifikát „Malý dopravný znalec – priateľ planéty“.
