Detailed description (English): The main objective of this project is to improve accessibility on Escalinata Adelaida Muro Street through the installation of electromechanical elements and the complete renovation of the existing staircases. This will adapt them to the new street configuration and reduce the slope of the landings, thus facilitating pedestrian traffic and access to existing building entrances.
The redevelopment of the area aims to address the following needs:
Renovation of the existing staircases to comply with current accessibility regulations
Installation of electromechanical elements for ascending access
Renovation of the sanitation network (stormwater and sewage)
Installation of municipal drainage and, where applicable, renovation of public lighting
Renovation of paving
Renovation, where applicable, of vertical signage
Provision of street furniture
