Detailed description (English): CATADUPA develops an electric tilt trike energized by Solar power.
The base is is a tilt trike made in our region by a light vehicles. Frame is developed like a plane structure in riveted aluminium.
Tilt allows to reduce the strength on the wheel as well as to offer an important maneuverability.
2 motor wheels as used in the front; driven by centralized controller having 13 steps of power setting allowing a perfect adjustment of the required power in function of the needs.
Regeneration is set during breaking, reloading battery allowing to recover 10 to 25 % of the energy.
Battery loading are completed by a set of solar panels fixed above the rider producing enough energy for the trip (up to 250 km) limits beginning the physical limits of the rider.
We will present it and organised test to our local school and college.
