Target group(s): Children aged 6 to 11
Objectives: To introduce children (ages 6–11) to the history and wonder of the bicycle through playful, hands-on exploration. Using short games, quizzes and guided wandering through the museum galleries, the activity aims to:
spark curiosity about how bicycles evolved and why they matter culturally and technologically;
build observation and critical-thinking skills through interactive tasks and museum clues;
encourage teamwork, communication and confident participation in a museum setting;
make learning accessible and fun — promoting a positive attitude toward cycling and cultural heritage.
